Shipping & Returns

 

Processing Time
Once your order is paid for, we will make your coffee mug within 3-5 business days. Hoodies, t-shirts, and tote bags will take 10-14 business days. Although we will try our best to ship them sooner. If you order includes a coffee mug all items will ship together.

Estimated Shipping Times

After your item is made, it will ship via USPS. If you select “Priority Shipping” at checkout your  items will be insured and you will receive a tracking number via email. Priority shipping should take between 3-5 business days. ***We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. 

Expedited Shipping

If you need an item faster than my normal processing & shipping times, please contact us before you purchase the item to make sure we are  capable of meeting our requirements. Additional shipping charges will be applied accordingly.

US shipping only.

***PLEASE NOTE: Business days do not include holidays and weekends. 

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges or cancellations. Please review the size chart before making your purchase. Each item is made by hand once an order is placed. Therefore, please take your time placing your order.

Wrong Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address entered by the customer. Please triple check that you have entered the correct shipping address before placing your order. 

Late/Lost Packages

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. You must contact the United States Postal Service for information about your package. 

Damaged Items
If your mug is damaged during shipping and arrives broken, please take a picture of the broken mug and the packaging and send it to us right away. You may also have to take the entire package to your local post office to prove that the item was damaged en route to you. You will either receive a refund you or another item, whatever you wish. You will not have to pay another shipping fee if you choose to receive a replacement item.
