Shipping & Returns


Once your order is placed and paid for, We will make your item. We are "I am" ... a very small business. Each item is "made to order". We will make your coffee mug within 3-5 business days. All apparel, hoodies, t-shirts, etc. and tote bags will take 10-14 business days. That excludes weekends and holidays. Although we will try our best to ship them sooner. If your order includes a coffee mug all items will ship together. PLEASE NOTE: While we are shipping within the 14 day time-frame, shipping times are taking a little longer due to the worldwide pandemic. Supplies are taking longer to reach us, which can delay our shipping times. Thank you for being patient. 

After your item is made, it will ship via USPS. If you select “Priority Shipping” at checkout your items will be insured and you will receive a tracking number via email. Priority shipping should take between 3-5 business days. ***We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. Please contact USPS if your package is missing. 


If you need an item faster than my normal processing & shipping times, please contact us before you purchase the item to make sure we are  capable of meeting your requirements. Additional shipping charges will be applied accordingly.

We do not accept returns or exchanges or cancellations. Please review the size chart before making your purchase. Each item is made by hand once an order is placed. Therefore, please take your time placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address entered by the customer. Please triple check that you have entered the correct shipping address before placing your order. 

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. You must contact the United States Postal Service for information about your package.

If your mug is damaged during shipping and arrives broken, please take a picture of the broken mug and the packaging and send it to us right away. You may also have to take the entire package to your local post office to prove that the item was damaged en route to you. You will either receive a refund or another item, whatever you wish. You will not have to pay another shipping fee if you choose to receive a replacement item.
